Joshua M. Miller
Graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 2008 with a Bachelor of Business Administration majoring in Finance. He interned for a commercial lending bank before deciding to attend law school. Afterwards, he graduated from Thurgood Marshall School of Law in 2012 and was licensed in the State of Texas that same year. Since then he has practiced law in the Houston area focusing on Family, Civil and Probate law.

In civil litigation, Mr. Ward has obtained significant results in employment law, including cases involving workplace discrimination, contract disputes, fraud, and unconscionability. His personal injury practice has ranged from slip-and-fall incidents to high-stakes 18-wheeler collisions, yielding substantial financial recoveries for injured clients.
As a lifelong general practitioner, Mr. Ward brings extensive experience in family law, including CPS matters, adoptions, divorces, SAPCRs, and custody disputes. His courtroom proficiency and empathetic approach have earned him trust across a broad and diverse client base.
Mr. Ward proudly serves as a court-appointed criminal public defender and ad litem attorney in CPS cases in Matagorda County, continuing his mission to ensure justice is accessible to all.
